Fears of ‘Polexit’ Following ‘Brexit’

Fears of a disintegration of the European Union have resurfaced with a clash with Poland over the supremacy of EU legislation. The refusal of the country’s judiciary to comply with EU law is feared to trigger a ‘Polexit’ shortly after the finalization of ‘Brexit’ which still leaves various problems.
