More and more parts of the US are celebrating Indigenous Peoples Day, alongside/replacing Columbus Day, the arrival of Christopher Columbus to the Americas. Every year dozens of indigenous people gather in Alaska, immersed in ancestral culture through the unique Olympics and the WEIO Princess election.
