KLHK Urged to Revoke Oil Palm Plantation Development Permits on Kinipan page

The Central Kalimantan Regional Police have suspended the detention of the head of the Laman Kinipan Indigenous Community, Effendy Buhing. The National Committee for Agrarian Reform (KNPA) strongly suspects that the arrests are related to residents’ rejection of the eviction of customary forest areas for oil palm plantations.
